The fish rots from the head down
It turns out, that within just one hour it is possible to reveal drawbacks of any organization and make suggestions to eliminate them. And when the "experts" are so objective and impartial, as the fourth-year students of the Economics Faculty, then, do not have a hope that they will save you. “Education Quality Management in the Students' Eyes" <open> lesson, organized by professor Armen Tshuguryan convinced us in that, during which the Japanese scientist Isikawa's management model was used.
The essence of the model was as follows: the students pointed out their views and suggestions on the Northern University's education management system, which in a common pipe, which is fish backbone, came to fish head- to management. According to the Japanese scientist, a smart employer or head, will immediately review the employees' suggestions, analyze them, and take the appropriate measures to improve the work.
Perhaps this is the reason for that kind of development of Japan. We were delighted not only by the students' knowledge about the University's quality management peculiarities, but also their objective and bold suggestions and comments for improving the quality of education.
Then the students according to the same model “examined and judged” their lecturer professor A. Tshuguryan, describing his professional qualities with a surprising sincerity. We can only hope that “heads” will come to the corresponding conclusions and follow the example of Japanese.
