Easter or the Feast of the Glorious Resurrection of Christ is one of the most important holidays of all the Christians in the world. According to church rules. Easter is celebrated on the first Sunday after the spring full moon from March 21 to April 26. This year the Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates Easter on April 21. The Feast of the Glorious Resurrection of Christ was celebrated with delightful event at High School of Northern University. High school pupils led by history teacher N. Simonyan presented a meaningful and informative event dedicated to Easter.
Easter means division, separation, removal of sins, and returning to God. The Easter Feast is one of the five major feasts of the Armenian Church. That day the faithful welcome each other on the occasion of the Glorious Resurrection of Christ conveying the great tiding: “Christ is Risen from the dead” and receive the answer: “Blessed is the Resurrection of Christ.” Beautifully decorated table, together with the heartfelt and influential words of the pupils filled everyone's hearts with feelings of love, kindness and joy.
